Job description
All sites utilise SystmOne, Ardens and AccuRx to manage day to day demand We recently won a Best Practice award for Care Navigation within the organisation this has been central to the moderation of demand for GP consultations and continues to evolve, maximising alternative avenues for patients to seek help 15-minute appointments, time for administration and extremely effective use of Inspire central administrative resources to minimise elements of the day that can sometimes get in the way of focussing on patient care
