Job description
- Define, install, configure, and maintain the workflow management system
- Ensure the reliability, security, and performance of workflow system
- Effectively work with key stakeholders to refine and optimise the platform
- Perform routine system monitoring and troubleshooting
- Collaborate with our business analysts and stakeholders to translate process requirements into workflow platform configurations
- Design and implement efficient and scalable workflow solutions
- Customise and configure workflow systems to meet specific business needs
- Collaborate with IT teams to ensure seamless data flow
- Provide technical support to end users for workflow related issues
- Develop and conduct training programs for users to ensure effective system utilisation
- Monitor system performance and implement optimisations as needed
- Conduct regular performance reviews and implement enhancements to improve efficiency
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for workflow systems and processes
- Keep documentation up-to-date with system changes and enhancements
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand and address business needs
- Collaborate with IT infrastructure and development teams for system integrations and upgrades
- Implement and enforce security measures to protect workflow systems and sensitive data
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards, with guidance from Group
- Enable the tooling for real time and reportable Management Information to line managers, and run ad hoc reporting on request
