Occupational Therapist
Salary- £38,500 (DOE)
Hours- 40 hours- Full Time

The Recruitment Crowd are currently recruiting for a Occupational therapist to work in a variety of different wards, including high dependency rehabilitation, low secure services, acute services and a female PICU.
Service Line: Mental Health Adults - High dependency rehabilitation
Within this role, you will provide assessment and treatment of occupational needs on the high dependency rehabilitation wards under the supervision of the Deputy Head and Head of Occupational Therapy.
You will hold supervisory responsibility for others, and take a leadership role in specific projects.
An integral part of this role will be supporting student education within the team.
You will also have the support of an Occupational Therapy Assistant on each ward, who will assist you in implementing treatment plans and a therapeutic programme.
This role includes opportunities for learning, development and research, supported by a robust appraisal and supervision structure based on RCOT’s Career Development Framework.
Occupational Therapy Directorate:
Under the leadership of the occupational therapy directors our client support over 150 Occupational Therapists. Working together as a large team they provide support to each other across the group, with the opportunity to be part of specialist interest groups & become involved in service development.
Every service line has a clinical lead occupational therapist to lead and develop evidence based practice and agreed occupational therapy pathway.
