What does a typical day look like?
An exciting entry to mid-level opportunity for a motivated, coachable Marketing Executive. Working within a growing, friendly, dynamic and dedicated team, you will report to the CEO and work with our experienced and highly skilled staff that are passionate about the pursuit of excellence, promoting the highest levels of knowledge and care.
You will work across multiple aspects of marketing, including; planning, execution and optimisation through email, print, social media, content marketing, CRM management, lead generation ads, conversion, promotion and business development.
You will be implementing the marketing plan, delivering all activity within an agreed budget to get our message through to the market and provide value to consumers that, as a result, generates a steady stream of prospects, leads and new clients.
You will create and follow up on inquiries for new businesses coming to the practice to schedule health appointments, check in with our existing client base, send out information packages and assist in maintaining the integrity of the company’s database.
You will be the first point of contact for many of our clients, so the right candidate must be professional, enthusiastic and happy to help them start their journey to better health.
What You'll Do: - Collaboration with the graphic design, social media, video editor and tech team.
- Sourcing and presenting campaign materials and assisting in organising internal marketing campaigns for the clinic.
- Copywriting - Creating, writing and posting blog articles and sales pages across various platforms such as web, blog, podcast, post, monthly newsletter, PR social media and email.
- Managing our digital marketing and social media accounts; repurposing, content creation, documentation, scheduling, posting, engagement and optimisation across multi-platforms.(video,podcast,posts)
- Creating and running paid social media campaigns to generate hot leads and new clients
- Pay-per-click (Google Ads, Youtube Ads)
- Event planning and management for prospective clients (in house/external)
- Creation and optimisation of Landing/Sales pages, sales funnels and lead magnets
- Making data-informed decisions through reporting, analysis and optimisation.
- Email marketing and print Marketing: Newsletter, Letter and PR campaigns
- Graphics design using Canva, Adobe
- Manage and update website using WordPress and Hubspot and grow quality backlinks.
- Grow strategic Partnerships/Ambassadors
- CRM Management.
- Extracting, capturing, documenting, organising and improving company marketing processes.
- Developing own learning in all areas of marketing and keeping on top of industry developments.

Experience and qualifications
I t would be advantageous for you to have already…
- GCSE or equivalent – English and Mathematics at grade B/6 or above
- Marketing degree, CIM Qualification or business qualification Level 4 or above
- Be able to use Google Ads, Youtube Ads and Facebook Ads
- Working knowledge of using social media platforms for businesses and brands
- Working knowledge of WordPress
- Copywriting experience and working knowledge of SEMRUSH
- An understanding of performance marketing and/or the way writing contributes to paid social campaigns.
- Has a topline interest and understanding of designing adverts for paid social.
- Have a good understanding of email marketing tools and experience using a CRM Hubspot.
- Have at least 1+ year of experience in a marketing role (must)
- Be able to interpret design briefs and create designs/projects that fulfil the brief
- Have a working knowledge of Google Suite, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Be able to use Project Management Software and Business Process Management Software
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, 40 hours per week.
