Job Description
- Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with company objectives.
- Manage supplier relationships and negotiate contracts to achieve cost savings.
- Lead the Procurement & Supply Chain team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Work cross-functionally to understand and manage category spend.
- Assess market trends and supplier risks to inform procurement decisions.
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies and regulations.
- Drive sustainability initiatives within procurement practices.
- Identify and realise opportunities for efficiency gains and cost reduction.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Category Manager should have:
- A degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience managing end to end categories
- Strong negotiation skills and a strategic mindset.
- Proficiency in risk management and market analysis.
- A commitment to sustainability and renewable energy.
