I am working with a professional services business looking to recruit a dynamic and results-oriented professional with a legal background. You will be an experienced Marketing Manager working in the Colchester office full time. This role requires a proactive and dynamic professional who can drive marketing strategy, oversee the development and implementation of marketing plans, and manage the business digital presence, you will also recruit, supervise and assist to support various on-site and external events, social media platforms and website content.
Key Responsibilities:- Leverage your legal expertise to craft targeted marketing strategies aligned with the firm's goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a cohesive and effective approach to marketing initiatives.
- Produce compelling content, including case studies, articles, and thought leadership pieces, showcasing the firm's legal prowess.
- Uphold and enhance the business' brand image through strategic campaigns and consistent messaging.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for brand differentiation.
- Lead digital marketing efforts, including SEO, social media, and email campaigns.
- Plan and coordinate legal events, seminars, and webinars to position the firm as an industry leader.
Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Substantial experience in marketing roles within the legal sector.
- Proven track record of successfully implementing marketing strategies and achieving measurable results.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
