Position Overview:
- Our staff are our greatest asset, so for that reason, we pay them at the highest end of Healthcare Assistants with a salary starting at £23,708 & rising to £24,408 after probation. On top of that, we pay our mileage at 45p and offer overtime.
- Hilton Nursing Partners works in partnership with the NHS to support patients following their discharge from the hospital. Rated not once but twice as outstanding by CQC.
- Experience is not essential as we provide a comprehensive induction programme.
