Our specialisation lies within the Highways, Utilities, Civil Engineering and Renewable Energy sectors. However, if your success story originates from a different sector, we're open to incorporating your expertise into our business model.
The Role: As a Recruitment Consultant at Vector, your responsibilities will include:
- Maintaining professional communication with clients and candidates.
- Cultivating new business opportunities through strategies such as cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, social media engagement, online presence, and face-to-face meetings.
- Crafting compelling job listings and promoting them across our advertising platforms and social media channels.
- Adhering rigorously to the company's registration and compliance procedures.
- Gaining an in-depth understanding of client job requirements to facilitate effective communication with candidates and clients.
- Employing proactive methods, including Boolean search functions, to source candidates effectively from databases.
Requirements:
We're looking for candidates who possess:
- Previous recruitment experience, preferably within a technical or engineering discipline.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong IT proficiency and organizational capabilities.
- A valid driving license and access to personal transportation (desirable but not essential).
What We Offer:
- Basic salary £24,000 - £30,000 depending on experience.
- Excellent commission structure, with no threshold and a maximum commission rate of 50%.
- Realistic first year OTE between £45,000 - £60,000.
- 33 days holiday (inclusive of bank holidays).
