We’re recruiting for a Commercial Litigation Solicitor with at least five years’ PQE to join a reputable, friendly, Tier 1 Legal 500 team based in Greater Manchester as a Junior Partner.
This is an unrivalled opportunity to move into a Partner role, with no requirement to bring a following.
The role also comes with a fantastic salary and hybrid working (up to three days per week).

You’ll be acting on a varied caseload of commercial and contractual disputes, company/shareholder disputes, professional negligence matters, IP and IT disputes, franchise disputes, and some defamation and reputation management.
The right candidate will have a solid background in general commercial litigation experience, including contractual, shareholder and partnership disputes.
