The Employer is: NTZ CONSULTANCY LTD. NTZ Consultancy LTD are seeking a motivated and results-drive n Sales Representative to join our team. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for setting appointments to facilitate the sales of our market leading VOIP, Broadband, Leased Line and Mobile Solutions. This role demands excellent communications skills, a strong understanding of technology is preferable, but not essential as full training will be provided on all platforms and services offered by our company. There will be a possibility of the position being made permanent once the scheme finishes..

Responsibilities

• Develop an understanding of the products we offer.
• Understand the unique needs and challenges of each client. Recommend tailored solutions that align with their business requirements.
• Create and maintain strong relationships with clients. Provide excellent customer service, address enquiries and resolve any issues promptly.
• Report to the director on sales activities, progress, challenges and market feedback.
• Develop strategies to exceed sales goals.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• Working effectively with colleagues and independently.
• Resilience - Sales can be a challenging role and resilience in the face of setbacks or rejection is important for maintaining and pursuing goals.
• Effective time management.
• Basic understanding of technology is preferred, but not essential.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills.

Further Information

The Employer is: NTZ CONSULTANCY LTD. Although this is a full time temporary opportunity, hours may be extended, and it could lead to a permanent position. The job advert may end before the closing date if requested by the employer.
