Responsibilities:

Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using accounting software.

Accounts Payable and Receivable: Process invoices, payments, and receipts promptly and accurately.

Bank Reconciliation: Ensure bank statements are reconciled with company records regularly.

Payroll Management: Assist in processing payroll and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.

Financial Reporting: Generate regular financial reports to help management make informed decisions.

Tax Preparation Support: Provide support during tax preparation periods, ensuring all necessary documentation is readily available.

Communication: Collaborate effectively with other team members to ensure financial goals are aligned with overall business objectives.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a bookkeeper or similar role.
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero).
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Understanding of basic accounting principles.
Knowledge of relevant legal regulations and compliance standards.
