Responsibilities: Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using accounting software. Accounts Payable and Receivable: Process invoices, payments, and receipts promptly and accurately. Bank Reconciliation: Ensure bank statements are reconciled with company records regularly. Payroll Management: Assist in processing payroll and ensure compliance with relevant regulations. Financial Reporting: Generate regular financial reports to help management make informed decisions. Tax Preparation Support: Provide support during tax preparation periods, ensuring all necessary documentation is readily available. Communication: Collaborate effectively with other team members to ensure financial goals are aligned with overall business objectives.
