Rota Nanny in Ibiza (3 weeks on/pff) for twins 13 months. Late April start

I am looking for a rota nanny to work opposite me in looking after twin babies who are on an English schedule and meeting all their milestones. The nanny will be someone who is well educated, up to date with current research and loves to learn. Pro-active, well organised, flexible and a team player, with excellent communication. Loving, caring, honest and a person who sees this as more than a Job but a true passion. Open to all languages but English, Russian and Spanish are spoken at home
The babies enjoy a variety of different activities and time in nature and thrive in a well-structured routine that flows seamlessly through the day to meet their needs. It is important that the new candidate is able to follow this and made adaptions as required.
The family home is split into many villas so the nanny will be in the babies house. The property is fully staffed and there is an assistant during the day to help with the babies. All areas of care are handled by the nanny. Between you and her the cooking will be managed but the rest of the household chores will be taken care off. There will be times when you have both babies and you should be confident to do this also. Menu plans and tips on cooking can be provided to follow as it’s essential that they have a wide and varied diet.
In terms of philosophy we follow a holistic approach to their development using both alternative and mainstream healthcare. Incorporates a mix of Montessori, Steiner and forrest education using a peaceful parenting approach.
The family (working parents) are a lovely and I am so happy here as you will be. The staff are all so kind, happy and lighthearted and have the best bond with the children. HNW experience is vital however the family is very informal and just wish for the babies to be happy. It is the role of the nanny to guide everyone so experience and qualifications are important as are long term roles and checkable references. There is a lot of proxy parenting in this role and no travel planned yet however they have a home in Switzerland also.
The start date is April, with trials scheduled for that month.
