Leeds Office – Covering Yorkshire Region
Sector: Groundworks / Civils
£60k - £65k + Car Allowance + Package (Depending on Level and Experience)
Working with some of the biggest names in UK Construction, my Client an established Sub-Contractor covering the North of England on various civils and groundworks schemes are looking to grow their commercial team.
The first of these roles will be for an Estimator to cover General civils and infrastructure, multi-million pound packages on major new builds, RC works & Groundworks for Commercial Projects.
The ideal candidate will have stable track record of successful tendering taking from enquiries, through tender submission (including client meetings where necessary) and successful contract award. The client base will vary however given their name in market a good deal of the work will come from existing work streams. Given the current climate although a seasoned Estimator is the preference there is scope for an individual to join the business with a view to growing into the role.
The Candidate
• Relevant commercial Experience for a Civils/Groundworks Sub-Contractor
• Able to work from Leeds office and travel to sites in the Yorkshire Region
• Working Knowledge of NEC Contracts
