CARAMEL ROCK is an educational charity that provides training and job opportunities. We focus on empowering and supporting young people to access varied training and opportunities within the fashion industry. We provide services for people of different academic levels and age groups including young students on the verge of being expelled from school and seeking an intervention with our creative approach.
We are a fashion charity based in Newham seeking a keen and strategic operations manager to join our team. The environment in which the successful applicant will be working in fast-paced, team-focused, and hardworking, graduated with a degree and previous experience. This is a great opportunity for someone with ambition and drive.
You must have experience in marketing and managing a team. We are looking for a manager with strong operation skills. The successful motivated and professional person must have:(i) Team player with cultural awareness and interpersonal skills – able to engage and to work effectively.(ii) A positive attitude with the ability to work and teach accurately under pressure and to deadlines(iii) Excellent customer care skills(iv) Able to deal effectively with conflicting requirements(v) Good communication and teaching skills(vi) Must have a strong interest in fashion and experience within marketing(vii) Should demonstrate the ability to clearly show organisation skills and high work ethic "MUST" be good with Health and Safety in the workplace. For a chance to view development in your position, Caramel Rock offers a one-month trial followed by three-month probation before being offered a permanent position with the company.
