Remuneration: circa £100,000 +

Description: Full-time Performer Dentist required for 4-5 days per week in a well-established, INDEPENDENTLY OWNED mixed practice near Sidcup, Kent.
•    £13 per UDA
•    EXCELLENT PRIVATE POTENTIAL - 50% split
•    NEGOTIABLE UDA RATE
•    Taking on a very well established and maintained patient list
•    Large 4 surgery practice
•    Fully computerised surgeries using EXACT software with use of Clinipads and the Patient Portal 
•    iTero scanner
•    Digital x-rays
•    Rotary endo
•    Well managed practice, low FTA rate, long waiting list
•    Well established and professional support staff including a practice manager and an assistant manager
•    Two hygienists
•    Full support team including a Hygienist
•    Lovely friendly Team
•    Patient finance 
•    Customer service award 2020 and 2022

Compliance requirements:
- Full NHS Performer Number if applicable
- Local Area Team confirmation
- GDC certificate
- UK Blood test report showing Hep B Immunisation and Titre levels, Hep C, HIV and TB results dated within last 5 years 
- Indemnity certificate
- Passport
- Enhanced DBS (within the last 12-36 months)
- Clinical references covering places of employment over past 2 years (minimum 2 referees)
- Degree certificate
- CPR/AED/Medical Emergencies certificate dated within the last 12 months
- IRMER
