This diverse role presents a unique opportunity to join our growing partnerships team, as a Partnerships Executive across both Fulham Football Club and the Jacksonville Jaguars. Reporting to the Head of Partnerships at FFC, you will be a part of a team responsible for delivering all partnership rights across FFC partners and suppliers during the season. 

Alongside this, the role will take a lead on rights delivery across Jacksonville Jaguars UK partners at key moments of the calendar like Jags Week, draft events and live fan events, working closely with the Head of Sponsorship and team from the Jaguars UK.

Below responsibilities span across both FFC and Jacksonville Jaguars UK partners:

Creative development of bespoke activation and marketing proposals to suit needs of individual partners, add value to our supporters and to bring the partnership to life. Develop these proposals based on partners marketing agendas, timings and budgets.

Nurture all partner and supplier relationships with the aim of renewing contracts and up-selling additional opportunities. 

Manage relationships with external parties such as the EFL, printers, research agencies.

Work succinctly with key internal stakeholders inc. marketing, ticketing, hospitality, operations, finance and communications to ensure a collaborative, joined up approach to rights delivery and to create campaigns that add value to the Club, client and supporters.

Collaborate on the development of post event / end of season reports for core partners to prove return on investment.

Support on re-branding tasks when required – approvals and installment.

Manage photo library and liaise with communications to ensure branded print exposure is collected for us.

Research best practice in the sponsorship / activation marketplace.

Perform administrative tasks such as: ticket distribution and management, signed merchandise sessions and sponsor merchandise distribution, match day mascots, proof reading, printing, and binding of presentations, post duties and similar tasks as and when they occur.

This role will require work at home match days and Jags UK games, including evenings and weekends as required.

Below responsibilities cover Jacksonville Jaguars UK specifically:

Event planning, partnership rights delivery and coordination during the Jags annual London Series, including Jags fan events, Wembley game days and partner days.

Creative activation and delivery of partner digital rights and off-season rights including player tour, draft event and live fan events.

• To monitor repeated incidents of poor behaviour and liaise with their DSO or Head of Safeguarding.
