Assistant Cost/Project Manager – Cardiff – Circa £30k + package

This company has a glowing reputation in the market for providing Civil and Structural Engineering Design, along with Project and Cost Management services to a varied client base. The company have grown steadily and sustainably over the years, currently with a team of circa 50 members of staff, and they intend to continue expanding in this manner.

The PM/QS team typically work on infrastructure projects including road, rail and regional airport schemes. Their current workload includes business case preparation; risk management; construction procurement advice; acting as employers agent; pre contract cost planning and post contract cost control.

The right individual will hold a relevant degree, ideally in Quantity Surveying or Project Management together with some practical industry experience. There are excellent prospects here for career progression and continual professional development opportunities.
