Multi Trades Recruitment is looking for a Working Foreman with a 360 operator ticket to begin work for a well-established agricultural company in the Hertford area.
About the role:
- Working Hours - 7 am - 4:30 pm.
- Pay Rate - £200 - £220 per day Depending on experience.
- Brief Role Description – As a site foreman in the agriculture sector, your primary responsibility is to oversee and coordinate on-site operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
- You will be tasked with managing a team of workers, assigning tasks, and maintaining a safe working environment. Additionally, your role involves collaborating with farm managers, implementing production plans, and troubleshooting any issues that may arise during the course of daily operations.
- Long-term work for the right candidate.
- Start: ASAP.
About You:

- Must have Access to own vehicle.
- Punctual & reliable.
- You must be a time served/qualified Foreman & 360 Operator.
