This position will include the following responsibilities: - Lead the development and implementation of sustainable strategies and policies to reduce the environmental impact
- Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, regulations and industry standards
- Develop and maintain relationships with local agencies, authorities, governing bodies, NGO’s
- Develop and implement an environmental roadmap, policies and procedures
- Monitor, identify and implement the contractors carbon emissions and energy use
- Work with the supply chain to ensure their commitment to sustainable practices
- Conduct regular audits ensuring best practice and identify areas for improvement
- Provide guidance and training on sustainable procurement

Requirements: - Bachelors degree in environmental science, sustainability or relatable
- Experience in sustainability management including carbon reduction
- Knowledge of renewable energy sources and low-carbon technologies
- Experience working with a main contractor or in a similar role
- Relevant driving licence
