The actions we agree and carry out will be learning and improvement that gives assurance to the organisation.

Our maintenance partners are key stakeholders, therefore you will play an advanced role in selecting who we work with, providing specification content and maintenance breakdowns. You will be involved across all tender and contractor appointment processes, evaluating safety, customer focus, quality and cost. You will be responsible for day-to-day management of fire safety actions as we continue to review our communal spaces and uphold our high standards. To do this you will lead on a multi departmental team of colleagues committed to delivering high standards of repairs and fire safety.
