Remuneration: Circa £110,000+

Description: 

Part-time Performer Dentist required for 2-5 days per week in a busy, INDEPENDENTLY OWNED practice near Knottingley, West Yorkshire.
•    £14.50
•    50% split on Private and Labs
•    GOOD PRIVATE INCOME
•    50% PVT patients & 50% PVT patients
•    Fully computerised surgeries - 6 newly refurbished surgeries
•    Digital x-rays
•    Rotary endo
•    Dental Laboratory on site
•    Qualified nurses support
•    Therapist support
•    Longstanding support team
•    Hours: 9am - 6pm, Friday 5pm
•    On-site parking
•    Existing, well maintained list
•    Available now, start date negotiable

Compliance requirements:
- GDC certificate
- UK Blood test report showing Hep B immunisation and titre levels, Hep C, HIV and TB results dated within last 5 years 
- Indemnity certificate

- Enhanced DBS (within the last 12-36 months)
- Clinical references covering places of employment over past 2 years (minimum 2 referees)
- Degree certificate
- CPR/AED/Medical Emergencies certificate dated within the last 12 months
- IRMER
- PIN number
