Job description
This Primary school is seeking a dedicated and experienced SEN 1-1 Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to work with a young child in Key Stage 2, requiring expertise in managing challenging behaviour. The ideal candidate will possess significant experience in Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) and demonstrate the ability to effectively implement ABA techniques to support the student's learning and development. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with the school team, fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment. This is a Monday to Friday position with a long-term commitment and an immediate start, contributing to the outstanding standards of this OFSTED-rated school.
