Job description

A boutique finance company based in Central London is looking for an experienced EA for a 14 month contract.

This role will involve various administrative duties and being the key point of contact between the team and other departments within the company as well as externally. This will include diary management, booking meetings, proof reading, organising conferences and filing expenses.

The ideal candidate will need strong attention to detail, good organisational and communication skills and the ability to work in a pressurised environment. They must be a team player but also able to use their own initiative. 2+ years as an EA/Team Assistant is essential.

9am-6pm hybrid working (minimum of three days in the office)

Salary of 45-50k plus a completion bonus
