It starts with passion and commitment to quality. It starts with you.

We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Operational Development Lead to join our Social Impact & Sustainability team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving operational excellence and efficiency across our social impact initiatives. We're looking for someone with a strong background in project management, process improvement, and strategic planning, with a deep understanding of the social impact landscape.

Within departmental budgets and strategic timelines, you will coordinate and lead cross-function subject matter experts, and external stakeholders, in the design, testing and iteration of various development programmes.

You'll be responsible for ensuring that outcomes meet all requirements and be able to articulate the solution through various approval forums before handing over a front-line ready solution to the Central Operations team for implementation. This role will demand a high level of collaboration across the charity as well as engagement with senior leadership and Executive programme sponsors. You'll also be expected to provide expert analysis on future ways of working and turn problem statements into solutions.
