Commissioning Home Manager – Elderly Care Home

Compass Associates are proud to be working with a reputable and valuable client who have a fantastic opportunity for a Commissioning Home Manager, to commission their medium sized care home near Fleet which will provide high end luxury care for elderly residents and those living with dementia.
The Candidate
The role is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Home Manager to join an extremely well performing provider and continue its excellent standard of care, working towards a Good or Outstanding CQC. The successful candidate is required to have home management experience within elderly care homes (Commissioning experience preferred but not essential) with consistently good or outstanding CQC reports, excellent business acumen and ideally, a proven history of managing homes within the luxury care sector.

Location
The role is based around Fleet and is therefore commutable from Aldershot, Hook, Basingstoke, Camberley, Reading, Tadley, Farnham, Alton and surrounding areas.
