We are looking for proactive, experienced, focused and enthusiastic individuals who can make a significant contribution to the continued growth and success of our dynamic and forward-looking company.
Working either within a project team or across different projects you will run laboratory equipment, process clinical samples, test meters, strips and reagents, assist scientists in carrying out experiments and process results while ensuring the laboratory environment is maintained effectively.
You will work either within an assay development project team, molecular team or within the reagents group within R&D, assisting in the development of multiple assays on the Lumira Dx platform. You will be responsible for execution and completion of your own experiments, ensuring compliance with GLP standards.
Knowledge of your project and team goals govern how and when such work is undertaken. You are expected to conclude and present a summary of your work to your team; to understand the impact of your experimental results on each project, to highlight and raise awareness of out of trend results, to gain a full understanding of all aspects of your work and carry out all experiments with a high level of accountability and professionalism.
Recognise opportunities to improve experiments or protocols and to bring suggestions of how such opportunities could be implemented by your team.
