Job description

MCS Group are partnering with an established manage IT service based in Belfast to recruit a Sales Executive into their expanding sales team. This individual will manage the initial contact with SME clients, providing lead generation and appointment setting for the senior sales team. You will be joining a company over 40 years trading successfully, growing in a competitive market, providing an excellent platform to begin your sales career. Offering a 50/50 OTE package with £25-26,000 basic salary.

Role:

• Achieve a minimum targeted activity, weekly & monthly
• Generating new business opportunities to support growth targets for account executive team
• Ownership of the sales pipeline up until meeting booked and negotiation starts
• Work closely with Sales and Account Executives to develop pipeline and close deals
• Gathering feedback, and iterating on how to approach the market and dentify new market verticals

Individual:

• Driven and determined to over achieve against targets
• Two years’ of inound sales experience OR one year of outbound experience
• Ability to act as a ‘hunter’ with proof of new business results
• Likes learning and wishes to build a career in sales

Package:

• £25-26,000 basic salary
• OTE - £38-40,000 (uncapped)
