Financial Reporting Lead | Tech | London – Hybrid | £85,000 - £105,000 DOE + bonus + future LTIP
A growing and successful Tech Group will be going through an IPO in the US, early next year. They are seeking a Financial Reporting Lead to support this transition and help them navigate through this exciting period. They need someone with strong US GAAP knowledge and experience providing SEC filings. This role will offer lots of autonomy and the chance to business partner with international Finance teams.
What you will be doing: - Ensure all financial reporting complies with US GAAP
- Prepare the quarterly and annual US GAAP consolidated financial statements
- Manage the relationship with the US filling company; to submit and prepare the US fillings
- Develop and implement the company’s accounting policies and procedures
- Work closely with stakeholders; specifically US tax advisors and the FP&A team to present GAAP forecasts
What we are looking for: - Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA)
- Audit experience essential with PQE in industry
- Strong knowledge/experience of US GAAP
- Previous experience providing SEC fillings
- Previous experience going through an IPO beneficial
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
