Job Title: School Administrator
Location: Greenwich
Working Hours: 7:45 am - 4:15 pm (Monday to Friday)
Contract Duration: From now until the end of January 2024
Job Summary: We are currently seeking a dedicated and organised School Administrator to join our team at [School Name] in Greenwich. Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support to the school, including managing incoming and outgoing correspondence, scheduling appointments, maintaining records, and assisting with general inquiries.
Office Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the administrative office, ensuring a well-organized and efficient working environment. This includes managing office supplies, equipment, and maintaining an orderly filing system.
Communication Liaison: Serve as a key point of contact for parents, students, staff, and external stakeholders, effectively responding to queries, disseminating information, and providing assistance as required.
Data Management: Collect, collate, and maintain accurate student and staff records, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations. This includes managing attendance records, enrollment documentation, and student databases.
Event Coordination: Assist in organizing and coordinating school events, such as parent-teacher meetings, open days, and extracurricular activities. This may involve liaising with teachers, parents, and external service providers.
Financial Support: Collaborate with the finance department to manage financial transactions, process invoices, and maintain accurate records of income and expenses.
Policy and Procedure Compliance: Ensure adherence to school policies and procedures, including safeguarding protocols, health and safety regulations, and data protection guidelines.
Qualifications and Skills:
Note: The working hours for this role are from 7:45 am to 4:15 pm, with an unpaid one-hour lunch break. The contract duration is from the present time until the end of January 2024.
