As the Affiliate Account Manager, you'll take an active role. Your primary focus will be on the strategic growth of our business through the management of a portfolio of essential partnerships.
In this role, your responsibilities will include not only recruiting and nurturing new accounts but also optimizing revenue streams from existing ones.
Your ability to excel in all facets of client relationship management will be a cornerstone of your success, with a particular emphasis on delivering exceptional service and driving impressive returns on investment (ROI).
You will collaborate internally with a team of experienced marketers, sharing your insights and knowledge to impact the business positively.
Responsibilities:
• Take charge of planning, coordinating, analyzing, and enhancing partner performance, focusing on its impact on key performance indicators (KPIs).

• Uncover fresh opportunities for scaling our activities and reach.
• Assume responsibility for overseeing the day-to-day performance of our most significant affiliates.
• Ideate and conduct A/B & multivariate tests on digital channels to improve performance aligned with business KPIs.
• Ensure the accurate implementation of affiliate tracking, enabling efficient measurement of media spend and attribution to respective budgets.
• Deliver comprehensive weekly and monthly performance reports, and adeptly present findings, results, and recommendations pertaining to campaign strategies, target demographics, and creative efficiency.
• Lead the initiation and execution of affiliate projects tied to technical expertise, such as the enhancement of affiliate platform features, development of BI measurement reports, and the implementation of automation solutions.
Occasional Responsibilities:
• Periodically monitor the competitive landscape to identify and uphold best practices.
• Prepare concise and precise performance reports on a weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc basis as needed.
• Stay current with industry trends and issues in online marketing.
• Identify areas needing improvement and contribute insights to shape the future development and optimization of the program.
• Collaborate in executing ongoing acquisition programs alongside the affiliate program Specialist.
Qualifications and Experience Required (Essential):
• Demonstrated experience collaborating with Affiliates.
• Extensive hands-on and strategic background in online sports and gaming.
• Technical proficiency in working with affiliate platforms.
• Profound analytical and qualitative skills, including the adept use of data for decision-making.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, enabling effective engagement and collaboration within a large organization.
• Solution-oriented mindset, thriving in a result-driven, fast-paced environment.
• Strategic thinking capabilities, including the ability to articulate and present ideas effectively.
• Proficient understanding of digital advertising legislation and codes of practice.
Key Attributes
• Positive and proactive attitude.
• Account management or similar relationship management experience required.
• A background in B2B, affiliate, or account management.
• Very highly organised, self-sufficient and self-motivated.
• Sales, negotiation and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent English
• Excellent communication skills
