Your new role
As Logistics Manager you will review the flow of materials and finished goods, and optimise processes and systems to drive excellent service to all stakeholders. This will include running an in-house warehouse in the UK, and engaging with 3PL partners in Europe and the US. You will control carrier relationships for international shipping, oversee Import / Export compliance (experience of ADR / Hazardous Materials an advantage), and support inventory optimisation (maximising OTIF while keeping downward pressure on overall stockholding). You will also be hands-on with various initiatives eg WMS implementation, logistics cost control, supplier relationships, problem solving.
