Top Job Recruitment are recruiting a Warehouse Manager for our client based in Earls Colne. If you have a strong background in Warehouse management/supervisory level, then this could be the role for you.
Job role:
- Ensure all deliveries out are planned and transport allocated.
- Ensure all paperwork is supplied and completed with deliveries.
- Plan all picking of orders both internally and out to customers.
- Ensure all staff are aware of what they are responsible to do and to monitor the workload and ensure all tasks are carried out.
- Manage the offloading and storage of all materials.
- Identify the usage of all materials on site.
- Liaise with all office staff with regards to order fulfilment and stock control.
- Ensure the cleanliness of all stores, yards and warehouses.
- Ensure the tidiness of all areas.
- Identify all training requirements of staff.
- Ensure all staff follow company H&S policy.
- Identify recruitment needs either directly or through agencies and working with HR ensure the correct staff levels.
- Look for constant improvements in efficiency.
Requirements:
- Must have drivers license and access to vehicle due to location of the role
- Warehouse Management/Supervisor level is essential
- Forklift license (counterbalance or reach)
