The experience we need.

Proven experience working as a Marketing Executive, Marketing Manager, or a client services person from an agency within a digital and direct setting.

Proven background in marketing campaign management particularly email campaigns.

Extensive experience of direct response and digital campaigns.

Strong project management skills, able to co-ordinate multiple projects and stakeholders

Ideally a background in tourism / leisure / attraction / travel, but not essential

You’ll be a natural relationship builder and someone who enjoys a challenge

The role.

The successful Marketing Manager will be working alongside within a broad marketing team of 10. Your role will include:

Supporting the Senior Marketing Manager to deliver effective multi-channel campaigns including direct response, in life communications and related material.

Working with the Senior Marketing Manager to manage the membership CRM programmes – including content generation, data brief selections, monitoring the effectiveness of e-mails and reporting back to the business in order to improve and develop future activity.

Maintain effective relationships internally and externally to deliver a programme of CRM communications to the membership base.

Maintaining effective supplier relationships with printers, agencies, the e-mail broadcast provider and other third parties in order to maximise opportunities and Membership retention.

Establishing good working relationships with the wider marketing teams.

Budget administration – Raising and processing of purchase orders, invoices and statements, monitoring regularly.

Contribute to product development and innovation within the Marketing team.
