Job description
An exciting opportunity has arisen to work for one of the UK's best workplaces as measured by the Great Place to Work Institute. Based at our Topcliffe site we are currently looking to recruit harvest workers to join our business on a full time temporary basis through the harvest time (July to September / October). The successful individual will also co-ordinate and deliver a high standard of production, quality/quantity and excellent customer service across Grain storage and handling whilst creating and maintaining a great place to work culture.
Roles and Responsibilities:
To drive a Telehandler & fork lift truck.
To help other site staff to tip bulk grain vehicles into stores & mobile equipment.
To do carry out general site duties to include sweeping with a FLT,
Assist with general maintenance & repairs around site.
Maintain the sites hygiene level in line with TASCC requirements.
Skills and Experience:
Valid Telehandler & Forklift truck licence
Ability to use your own initiative to resolve day-to-day issues
Preferably have knowledge of Agriculture.
Would be required to work longer hours in the busy harvest period as & when required
Aptitude for repairs & maintenance an advantage
