Job description
Our client is a wealth management company seeking to recruit a Trainee Fund Administrator to start in September 2024.
This is an exciting opportunity for a self-motivated and driven individual who is looking to embark on a career in financial services.
Key responsibilities will include;
• The maintenance of investor details and investor related documentation, assisting with calls and distributions
• Complete investor checklists
• Maintain Custody registers
• Input payments for settlement of third-party invoices
• Bookkeeping of relevant transactions in a timely manner, with regular liaison with the fund accounting team
• Open bank accounts
The successful candidate will:
• Receive on the job training
3 A levels and/or degree
• Minimum B in Math’s and English GCSE
• Strong Excel and other Microsoft application skills
