Due to their continued success, they are looking an enthusiastic, self-motivated, detail orientated Assistant Management Accountant to join their busy and ever-growing finance team. The Role
As the Assistant Management Accountant, you will be responsible for assisting the Management Accountant in the preparation of financial reports, budgets, and forecasts as well as providing support to the finance team when required.
Responsibilities will include;

• Assist in the preparation of monthly management accounts including variance analysis
• Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and forecasts
• Prepare and reconcile monthly balance sheet reconciliations
• Processing cashbook entries
• Overseeing financial audit and supporting tax advisors
• Internal and external financial reporting
• Financial analysis work as required

The Person
You will be proactive and self-motivated with a “can-do” approach and enjoy working in a team with the following experience and skills:

• Working towards ACA/CIMA/ACCA/AAT
• At least 2+ years experience within a similar role
• Strong Analytical and problem solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
