Job description

Our client is a FTSE100 multinational who are actively seeking an Interim Group Tax Manager for a 6-month day-rate contract to support Year-End. Reporting into the Tax Director, you will be joining an established tax team and have exposure to the global functions of a FTSE100 organisation.

You will be responsible for, but not limited to;

• Preparation of corporation tax returns for UK entities.
• Half year, and full year group tax provisioning under IFRS including relevant disclosures.
• Ownership of tax deliverable.
• Supporting entity rationalisation.
• Provide tax advisory support on transactions/projects relating to UK entities.

You must meet the following requirements:

• ACA/CTA (or equivalent)
• Relevant compliance and reporting experience within a large multinational
• Tax reporting knowledge under GAAP/IFRS
• Excellent communication skills, and ability to build relationships with relevant stakeholders.
