About the role/responsibilities:

• As a Supervisor you will be leading the team by example ensuring our little shoppers and their parents/guardians feel like they have had the best shopping journey from start to finish
• Engage with customers and staff members alike
• Help your team to exceed their goals and celebrate achievements
• Strive for operational excellence
• Assist with management responsibilities and delegating tasks within the team
• Adhering to company policies and guidelines
• Promote the schuh brand through our core service values
