As the use of digital care planning within Social Care expands we now have a significant numbers of providers who are implementing Nourish as a second-time digital solution rather than adopting digital for the first time. As a result we have an exciting opening for a Technical Project Manager to support our clients to migrate from their existing digital care planning system to Nourish.

About the Job  

This is a critical, client-facing role where you will be working with social care providers as well as collaborating closely with Nourish’ Product and Technical teams. This role is broader than your typical PM role as you are a business partner, giving best practice advice on using Nourish, whilst advising and supporting with the migration of data from existing systems into Nourish.

Whilst the Projects Team work closely together, you will have your own portfolio of clients therefore you need to be comfortable working autonomously. This role is predominantly home based, but you will need to travel to clients across the UK approximately twice per month and to travel to our offices in Bournemouth approximately once per quarter.

The role and your responsibilities   

• Having regular (typically remote) status meetings with clients.   
• Reviewing clients current data structure and mapping this to Nourish  
• Scoping new projects and providing in-person orientation sessions with clients  
• Setting tracking and completing actions within a project planning suite  
• Working closely with our Product team to enhance our internal data migration tools  
• Working closely with the Head of Project Management to enhance processes for onboarding customers from alternative digital care planning products  

Required experience  

• Strong skills in data management, including use of APIs, data tools such as Power BI  
• An understanding of project planning methodologies such as PRINCE2 and Agile and associated tools eg. ClickUp, Asana MS Project etc.   
• Working knowledge of the aims and challenges within the Health & Social Care sector; ideally direct work experience.   
• A passion for the Health and Social Care sector.   
• Previous exposure to digital care planning software would be an advantage  
• Excellent workload management and prioritisation skills   
• Strong interpersonal skills, able to adjust their style for the audience and confident speaking to senior leaders.
