As the use of digital care planning within Social Care expands we now have a significant numbers of providers who are implementing Nourish as a second-time digital solution rather than adopting digital for the first time. As a result we have an exciting opening for a Technical Project Manager to support our clients to migrate from their existing digital care planning system to Nourish.
About the Job
This is a critical, client-facing role where you will be working with social care providers as well as collaborating closely with Nourish’ Product and Technical teams. This role is broader than your typical PM role as you are a business partner, giving best practice advice on using Nourish, whilst advising and supporting with the migration of data from existing systems into Nourish.
Whilst the Projects Team work closely together, you will have your own portfolio of clients therefore you need to be comfortable working autonomously. This role is predominantly home based, but you will need to travel to clients across the UK approximately twice per month and to travel to our offices in Bournemouth approximately once per quarter.
