Your new role

This is a brand-new role and an exciting opportunity to become the talent acquisition / recruitment lead in a company that have ambitious plans to build on their success to date.

You will report to a driven line manager who I have enjoyed working with in the past. You will also collaborate with and have support from 2 x HR Advisors in the team.

As a Talent Acquisition Partner, this role will suit an excellent multi-tasker with high-energy and enthusiasm who can manage their own workload and the demands of working in a dynamic, fast-paced business. The ability to partner effectively with managers and key stakeholders is essential for this role as you will be managing all talent acquisition activity across a global remit. You must be able to positively influence colleagues and have the confidence to present in weekly meetings as the TA / recruitment lead. You will receive the tools and software required for you to work effectively to be successful in this role.

Key responsibilities include:

This is a varied, autonomous role that offers hybrid working (2 days office vs 3 days WFH) and an opportunity to occasionally travel to other parts of the world for work.
Working hours: 37.5 / week with flexibility around start / finish times to suit you between 8am-6.30pm.

What you'll need to succeed

You must have 3 years+ experience in a talent acquisition or recruitment role having used a LinkedIn Recruiter Licence and with experience of an ATS / HRIS and Boolean searches. You must also have excellent presentation, analytical, problem-solving, and organisational skills. A fluency in the use of Microsoft Office applications including, but not limited to, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is essential too.
