Job Title: Warehouse Assistant/ Forklift Driver
Location: Hemel Hempstead
Hours: 42.5hrs per week - Mon-Fri [No weekends]
Pay: £23,000 with 20 days annual leave inc all bank holidays

Manpower is pleased to be recruiting on behalf of our client for a Warehouse Operative located in Hemel Hempstead on a permanent basis.
Our client is the largest independent flooring wholesaler in the south/southeast of England; they are currently experiencing an increase in production and are looking for a Warehouse Assistant/ Forklift Driver to be based within the warehouse.
You will have experience of working within a similar environment, hold outstanding communication skills, be willing to learn and use new machinery and physically able to help with loading/unloading heavy items.

Ideal candidate will:
- Hold a forklift licence for either counterbalance, flexible or bendi. This would be advantageous but is not immediately essential as training available after probationary period.
- Load and Unload lorries
- Stacking the shelves in the warehouse
- Preform general housekeeping within the yard and warehouse.
- Be flexible for any potential overtime/cover.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Physically fit as legwork and lifting is required. Some of which is on the heavier side.
- Hold outstanding communication skills both written and verbal.
- Hold experience working in a warehouse.
