Job description
Together with our clients based in #Cambridge, we are looking for interim credit controllers
For each opportunity the following applies:
- Temp contract
- ongoing
Main Duties/Responsibilities:
- Proactively manage the credit control across a portfolio of customers/clients.
Be responsible for the posting and allocation of collections against your portfolio of customers/clients.
Chase outstanding invoices/book debts by telephone, email and/or letter in line with an agreed schedule.
Undertake monthly sales ledger reviews across your portfolio.
Verify invoices/book debts by checking receipt of goods/services.
Communicate regularly with clients, customers and work as part of a team.
Candidates are expected to have or attain the following:
Experience working within a customer facing and/or financial services environment is preferred
Strong communication and inter-personal skills with a willingness to get involved within an enthusiastic and passionate team.
Basic understanding of Microsoft word/outlook and excel.
Good communication and time management skills.
Ability to adapt to varying workloads.
Please note that the hourly rate for these roles is between £12 and £14 per hour
Job Types: Full-time, Temp/Contract Salary equivalent: Up to £28,000.00 per year Monday to Friday
Education: GCSE or equivalent
Location: Hybrid/Office Based in Cambridge
