Our client is a well-known contractor specialising in all aspects of civil engineering including groundworks, foundations, infrastructure, roads and sewers. Bringing together a wealth of expertise to provide a professional and personal service to their client base has been the backbone of the quality schemes they complete.

About the Role

Due to the on-going expansion of the company and awarding of new projects, our client is looking for an experienced Contracts Manager to join their team to oversee projects across Swindon, Newbury and Oxford. The ideal Candidate will have come from an Engineering background that has progressed in to a Project Manager/Contracts Manager. You should have previous experience in the delivery of residential groundworks packages.

About the requirements

• Proven track record of delivering Residential Groundworks projects
• Engineering background – ideally Degree qualified
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• 5+ years experience working as a Project Manager/Contracts Manager
