Job description
To assist the Registered Nurse in the planning, implementation and evaluation of nursing care.To work collaboratively and co-operatively with others to meet the needs of patients and familiesTo assist with the general operation of the clinic including clinical duties, observations, INR point of care andvenepuncture.To participate in domiciliary INR checksTo maintain the general running of the clinic including stocking clinics, daily clinic checks, transporting samples to the lab,transporting patients to vascular ultrasoundTo undertake all reception and administrations duties as required
