Job description
SITE MANAGER WANTED**** Have you managed a new build apartment project before? Have you managed a project worth around £2 million? Well if yes... You will be working for a commercial build developer based out of Greater Manchester. The project is in Tameside. You will be working along side a Project Manager delivering a new build apartment schemes (18 apartments). The project is live and they have just completed the second floor. You will need a minimum SMSTS and valid CSCS card. You will be paid up to £55000 plus package, depending on experience.
