Job description

An established company in north London is seeking highly skilled HGV 1 drivers to join their team of Plant Hire delivery drivers. This role demands professionals capable of handling equipment loading, unloading, and a keen understanding of load security. This is an excellent opportunity for C+E drivers with the relevant expertise looking for a full time position.

Key Requirements:

• Proven expertise in delivering and collecting plant machinery
• Mastery of load restraint using chains, binders, and straps
• Proven Low Loader knowledge
• Familiarity with London and South East route networks
• Ability to thrive in challenging environments and work autonomously
• Completion of FORS required training (SUD and eLearning) (Preferred)

Salary: £35,000.00-£55,000.00 per year

Experience:

• Experience Driving HGV 1 Vehicles: 5 year (required)
• Plant Equipment Delivery (with experience using load restraint equipment chains, binders, straps, etc.): 1 year (required)
• Construction equipment operation: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

• Driver CPC, Digital Tachograph Drivers Card, Category CE Licence (all required)
