Day rate: £80-£90

Qualifications and Experience

* Level 1 – 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent) desired but not essential.
* Experience working with children in an educational setting is preferred.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Patience, empathy, and the ability to work well in a team.
* Flexibility and adaptability to meet the needs of different students.

Job Description

As a successful LSA you will be playing a crucial role in our schools by providing general support to classes, and assisting teachers with in their day to day activities. This role is perfect for recent graduates looking to gain some experience in a classroom or long time Teaching Assistants looking for a change in scenery.

Key Responsibilities

* Assist teachers in planning and delivering lessons, adapting materials as necessary to meet the diverse needs of students.
* Provide 1-2-1 or small group support to students with additional learning needs.
* Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
* Monitor and track student progress and report findings to teachers and parents.
* Assist with classroom management and behaviour support.
* Ensure the safety and well-being of all students at all times.
