Dispute Resolution Solicitor (NQ to 3 years PQE)
Loughton
A well-established firm is actively seeking a dispute resolution solicitor to become part of their team.
Key Responsibilities - Manage a diverse workload including contract disputes, property litigation, debt recovery, contentious probate, boundary disputes, landlord and tenant cases.
- Represent both claimants and defendants, including individuals and corporate clients.
- Contribute to the growth of the department through proactive involvement in networking and business development activities.
- Actively engage in professional development and continuous improvement of skills and knowledge within the field.
Key Requirements: - Willingness to travel to various offices for client meetings as necessary.
- Team player with a collaborative mindset.
- Strong IT literacy.
- Must be capable of working independently and taking initiative.
- Interest in networking and business development activities.
- Possess some prior experience and interest in Contentious Probate, coupled with a keen desire to enhance their skills and expertise in this specific area.
