Job description

Our client, a multi-disciplined practice is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join their offices based in Stockport. This is due to their expanding work load we require an ambitious individual to be part of a busy office to work on a variety of interesting projects within the education, ecclesiastical and commercial sectors.

Our client has won a large educational scheme recently and you would eventually be building a team and training individuals. It is envisaged that the successful candidate will have prior experience working as a QS for another consultancy or have experience working client side. They will also need supporting qualifications.

Quantity Surveyor Position Requirements

• Prior experience working as a Quantity Surveyor for another construction consultancy or client side
• Willing to commute to Stockport as required
• Ideally have education or high-rise residential experience (not essential)
• MRICS qualified or working towards (not essential if experienced)

Quantity Surveyor Position Remuneration

• Salary expectations (D.O.E) £55k - £65k
• Car allowance or Company car (to be discussed)
