Wolverhampton Temporary £40,000 - £45,000 per year
My client is a continuously growing 3PL business with multiple sites, and they are now looking for a Warehouse Manager to join to head up one of their fastest growing contracts.
Warehouse Manager will be responsible for
· Manage and Lead Team Leads and their respective teams with 50 people in total · Oversee the running of warehouse and it's processes and procedures · Provide Support to supervisors · Produce and supply regular reports regarding the activities of the warehouse · Responsibility to for the H&S, security and equipment within the location · Recruit, train, lead and motivate team · Support and monitor KPI's and ensure they are achieved. · Lead investigations, incidents and complaints within your departmentThe successful Warehouse Manager will have experience in:
· People Management of a similar team size (50 people)· Training and developing their team · Proven operational experience, pallets is beneficial · Full autonomy across the whole operation · Confident in delivering training, and seeing it through from design to completionWarehouse Manager must be commutable to Wolverhampton
Salary is between £40,000- £45,000 Operating across the full logistics distribution and supply chain Monday - Friday 07:00 - 16:00Page Personnel is part of PageGroup.
